Teardrop Hotels is a collection of 7 stylish, luxury boutique hotels and tea bungalows in distinct regions across the island.


We are looking for an Accounts Executive


Responsibilities

  • Revenue collection, reconciliation, and processing in QuickBooks
  • Inventory management and procurement
  • Supplier invoice management and payment processing
  • Petty cash handling and reimbursements
  • Preparation of month-end financial reports


Prerequisites

  • AAT Part Qualified, Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university or institution
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Practical experience with QuickBooks and/or Hotel Property Management Systems is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with effective written and verbal
  • communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Residing in and around Minuwangoda will be an added advantage
