We are looking for an Accounts Executive
Responsibilities
- Revenue collection, reconciliation, and processing in QuickBooks
- Inventory management and procurement
- Supplier invoice management and payment processing
- Petty cash handling and reimbursements
- Preparation of month-end financial reports
Prerequisites
- AAT Part Qualified, Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university or institution
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
- Practical experience with QuickBooks and/or Hotel Property Management Systems is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with effective written and verbal
- communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Residing in and around Minuwangoda will be an added advantage
