Your primary responsibilities includes,
• Assist in the in-house blending of fertilizers, ensuring optimal formulations for different crops.
• Implement and monitor good agricultural practices (GAP) related to fertilizer usage.
• Collaborate with the plantation team to drive agricultural projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support continuous improvement in fertilizer blending techniques.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and outcomes
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Recent graduate with a degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• Experience in in-house blending of fertilizers, gained through academic projects or internships.
• Strong understanding of good agricultural practices (GAP) and their application in fertilizer blending.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement agricultural projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
