Michelin’s Global IT team based at Orion City, Colombo includes over 100 authentic and industrious achievers from different backgrounds. This role collaborates closely with team members, senior management and a variety of stakeholders in Michelin group entities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or any related discipline or equivalent qualification;
• 5-7 years of experience in SFDC Apex development and 4 years of experience with Salesforce.com project delivery;
• Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
• Salesforce Certifications would be an asset;
• Knowledge in CRM business process
- Actively participate with the team in planning and setting project deliverables;
- • Design and develop new IT solutions in collaboration with the team;
- • Clarify project requirements to satisfy customers’ needs and expectations;
- • Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvements;
- • Develop new skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions.
