ROLE
- Leading marketing and trade strategies for an established brand portfolio to creatively communicate brand vision, identity and market presence
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assuming responsibility for an assigned brand portfolio and driving volume, growth, market share, profitability, and brand equity
- Developing meaningful consumer engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and imagery
- Driving brand growth and market share through innovative trade marketing strategies
- Monitoring brand profitability and developing proactive strategies to boost financials performance and sustainability
- Leading the introduction and establishment of new products to the marketplace
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a Professional Qualification in Marketing such as CIM (UK) or SLIM
- At least two years' experience in a senior brand management role
- A deep understanding and passion for brand-building
- A creative, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, solve problems creatively and meet deadlines effectively
