- Continuously identify industry trends, Consumer trends & Competitor trends to develop and formulate Brand Strategies
- Bringing in the consumer centric approach to all activities through consumer research and continues monitoring of consumer related trends
- Developing and executing the marketing Mix, NPD and promotional calendar to achieve the annual Brand objectives
- Coordinate with relevant departments on Demand Planning, NPD & Channel promotional activities
- Prepare and circulate monthly and quarterly information to superiors for decision makeing
- Implementing brand related communication strategies working with the external agencies
- Carry out consumer and market visits to further understand and develop tactical plans to address the gaps
- Carry out post evaluations in all the Sales and Marketing activities executed
- Carry out digital marketing activities on all social media platforms
