The Assistant Manager – Human Resources is responsible for driving the engagement initiatives for staff & associates’ cadre in the factory. The role holder is responsible for coordinating with Ascent to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations and compliance in the factory is also critical to the role holder
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employee engagement activities for staff & associates in the factory.
- Coordinate with Ascent to ensure smooth and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Responsible for administering other HR activities (for example, supporting employee welfare and benefits administration, etc.) for the staff & associates at the factory.
- Responsible for maintaining the cadre requirement and relevant L & D functions within the plant
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
Experience
4 + years of experience in Human Resource Function in manufacturing environment
