Your primary responsibilities includes
- Develop and execute business strategies to attract and retain clients, expanding the customer base.
- Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.
- Build financial models and develop strategic assessments to address key business issues.
- Evaluate new business models, emerging technologies, and innovations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics, preparing presentations summarizing
- industry segments or reporting on individual companies.
- Conduct client need assessments and evaluate outcomes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
- Manage and lead business development projects from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- C.C.E. Advance Level.
- Fully or partially qualified in Business Management/Marketing or any other equivalent field (added qualification).
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in business development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple duties simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business development software.
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
