Required skills and responsibilities
- Responsible for overall recruitment and selection of agent and non-agent staff
- Coordinate with consultants and various resources for successful recruitment
- Accountable for meeting all staffing numbers as per SLAS
- Assists in the identification of recruiting issues and implement solutions
- Review and monitor recruitment strategy
- Effective communication skills
- Counseling and mentoring skills
- Problem solving skills and excellent computer literacy
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years' working experience in BPO handling Talent Acquisition, sourcing and recruitment
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM
- Willingness to work at our Wattala office and travel to client premises
