•Responsible for full recruitment life cycle including strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection process and offer development
•Excellent communication skills
•Self - driven, go getter & out of box thinker
•Able to efficiently manage stakeholders and understand their requirements and action it
•Ability to work under pressure situation and deliver
•Good knowledge in analytics (MS Excel)
