- 4.0 to 7.0 years of total work experience.
- MUST have worked as a Functional Business Analyst.
- MUST have experience working in the Insurance Domain.
- In-depth knowledge of the software application development lifecycle, including project management, estimations, stakeholder management, etc.
- A consultative mindset to look at the big picture by identifying the client business problems, evaluating multiple options, and proposing the optimal solution.
- Ability to go beyond the stated requirements and think out of the box to present new/innovative ideas that deliver tangible business benefits.
- Ability to do required research on client/industry/competition/technology/domain.
- Ability to learn new tools/concepts/technology.
- Ability to craft a customized proposal or solution keeping the clients’ requirements, competition, and organizations core strengths in mind.
- Ability to effectively lead diverse teams, set expectations, review collaterals and escalate (when necessary).
- Strong planning skills and a commitment to meeting deliverable timelines.
- Conversant with the recent technology trends including new-age technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.
- Willing to travel for short durations to client offices.
