Job Description
- Database and Middleware Level 1 support to existing Client SLAs.
- Support Senior Engineers to validate data and provide analysable outputs.
- Database and Middleware infrastructure deployment services new installations / pre UAT.
- Level 1 diagnostics of Database/Middleware implementations Go Live support and Post go live.
- Provide L1 support for customers on 24x7 basis and maintain records of each of the support tickets.
- Work on implementation and migration work as assigned by the team lead.
Person Specification
- Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- 01 year experience in similar nature.
