Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Biomedical Manager to perform servicing, repair, maintenance, and calibration of biomedical equipment for our customer base across the country.
- Ensure that all biomedical equipment operates efficiently and meets quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements and product knowledge.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment.
Requirements and skills
- A degree or diploma in a science or engineering-related discipline is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to work autonomously
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
