The Person
- Should possess a Degree in BSc. Degree in Economics/ Finance/ Statistics/IT
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in building and managing tele and Digital channels
- Understanding of E-commerce principles and reporting needs
- Should possess good analytical skills
- Possess the capacity for creative thinking and creative campaign execution
- Hands on experience in working with online shopper insights
- Data analytics and extensive use of excel and other office suites
- Project management and managing timelines and operations
- Knowledge in BiG Data /SPSS/Tableau
- Expert level skill set in online channel building and strategizing & managing online campaigns
- Experience with project management, managing timelines and operations
- Strong digital & analytical mindset
- Ability to work in complex working environment
- Responsible to analyze, generate reports, and executes areas of process improvement to support business
- Responsible for analyzing and maintenance of historical data/performance and gathering of market intelligence.
- Oversee and improve the analytical capabilities to assist the sales management to draw up tactical sales campaigns
- Responsible to analyze market potential for all products to strategize, design and implementation
- Assists sales management in understanding data, reporting, and process bottlenecks/inconsistencies
- Analyze using Big Data analytics/BI capabilities for Sales plans and provide strategic recommendations based on expertise and experience
- Proactively identifies opportunities for analytics reporting process improvements
- Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools and measures as needed
- Maintain accurate data related to sales in order carry out analytics
