DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries through Help line, E-mails, Messenger, WhatsApp and
other channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
GCE (A/L) Passed
* Age between 18-25 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work as per roster
Knowledge of the industry and products would be an added advantage
