- Candidates must be between 20 to 35 years old.
- Prior experience in a similar customer service role will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates who Possess an aptitude for customer service.
- Prior working experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Excellent listening, problem solving and analytical skills.
- An exceptional level of computer literacy is required.
- Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil languages.
