Coordinator - Operations


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative tasks of the Operations Department. Accurate and systematic management of all related documentation. Arrange meetings, taking minutes and following up on action plans. Draft letters, memos, reports and presentations.
  • Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ongoing review and development of process improvement on business processes.
  • Assist with all department projects and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters.


Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • Full or part professional qualification in Administration.
  • Minimum of 03 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala languages.
  • Literacy in Tamil language will be an added advantage.
  • Highly IT literate and proficient in using Microsoft office package.
  • Should be dynamic, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours.
  • Should be a good team player.
