Role Overview:
The Credit Card Sales Executive/Officer is responsible for promoting and selling Seylan Bank's credit card products to new and existing customers. The role focuses on driving credit card acquisition by identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored credit card solutions. The Sales Executive/Officer will engage with customers through various channels, including direct outreach, telemarketing, and in-branch sales, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in banking industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services, especially credit cards.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Full of partial qualification in marketing would be an added advantage
