Database Administrator

MedcubeUSA LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and maintain our growing database systems. If you have a passion for data management, optimization, and ensuring the integrity and security of information, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the performance, integrity, and security of multiple databases.
• Design, implement, and monitor database management systems.
• Ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security of databases.
• Perform database optimization, backups, recovery, and migration as needed.
• Collaborate with developers to design and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Monitor and maintain database storage, performance, and growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards.
• Document database configurations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
• Experience with database design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
