Description
The role involves identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving refrigeration projects, as well as performing planned and reactive services, installations, repairs, and maintenance to meet customer needs. Additionally, the position requires developing marketing strategies to grow the customer base and increase project opportunities for the business.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Refrigeration engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of engineering experience
- Exposure to Ammonia Refrigeration Systems is preferred
- Experience with tenders, import processes, customs procedures, and proficiency in interpreting financial statements are preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages
- Team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office
