KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS


  • Efficiently resolve the EUX related incidents and service requests following FIFO and prioritization.
  • Act as an escalation point for OSS (On-Site Support).
  • Identify trends and recurring problems to determine the underlying causes and solve problems at the source.
  • Develop Sustainable EUX Solutions with Complete, scalable, robust, consistent, at the right TCO ( total cost of Ownership), and minimizing the cost of change.
  • Actively engage and give inputs in creating the roadmap of EUX expertise domain and communicate it with the stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor the obsolescence treatment plan for the EUX expertise domain.
  • Leverage existing solutions and apply it across globally in a sustainable and secure approach. ( global ticket queue Sites in Europe ex: Germany , UK, Sites in NA ex: US, Canada) role is same – perimeter is different
  • Define and align to the principles, standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines (Data, Integration, BI, Infrastructure, Security).
  • Define and Establish standards and framework across Built, Deploy and Support.
  • Understand business operations, challenges, and evolving opportunities to effectively advise business partners and anticipate their needs.
  • The provision of the essential elements for choosing and planning IT projects, especially for application or technological obsolescence management. ( Same role different perimeter)
  • Support business partners in identifying EUX solution opportunities with the collaboration of the global architecture team and EUX SMEs.
  • Work with IT Infrastructure leadership in defining the EUX roadmap of the future.

We are looking for motivated individuals with the below requirements to join our team:


  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 5 years' of work experience in a similar role;
  • Self-motivated, committed and a good team player.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Customer-centric, service mindset
  • A passion for learning and a deep understanding of the EUX technologies
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes.
  • Passion for solving problems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and experience in an ITSM tool would be an added advantage.
  • Collaboration mindset with business and different IT counterparts in the group
