• Planning and Leading Kitchen Operation team to achieve highest possible food quality by ensuring delivery of brand standards whilst reducing food cost
• Manage staff in all aspects including recruiting, Training and staff complaints and disciplinary management
• Maintaining Staff record
• Ensuring Cleanliness /Hygiene standards in kitchen Area
• Monitoring and maintaining Stock levels at all times Communication and leadership skills
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
