Job Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee advertising, communication and branding campaigns in social media, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. Collaborate with management team in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Work closely with in-house and external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
- Collaborate with management to define the product development strategy and roadmap.
- Evaluate and prioritize ideas based on market demand, feasibility, and business impact.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 03 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
- Part qualification in SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office and other accounting packages. Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Experience in a courier company or last-mile delivery will be an added advantage.
