Job Duties & Responsibilities,
• Preparing Management reports.
• Preparing monthly sales reports.
• Preparing quarterly sales reports.
• Attending sales meetings and preparing relevant reports.
• Assisting Sales/Marketing staff to carry out sales order processing.
• Coordinating with the Sales/Marketing staff to carry out any other tasks assigned by the management.
• Sales order creation, item creation and vender creation in the system.
• Document gathering (Technical writeups / Compliance / Pricing) and assisting on the tender/quotation submission (Creating the final proposal document). Requesting bid bonds, performance bonds.
• Any other sales support activity as deemed necessary by the line of business.Requirements & Qualifications,
• A Diploma/Degree or any other equivalent qualifications related to Business Management/Sales/Marketing.
• Previous experience in the similar capacity would be an added advantage.
• Excellent PR skills.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Should be an energetic & enthusiastic individual.
