Key purpose of the Job
The Executive - Works HR is responsible for driving the engagement initiatives for staff & associates’ cadre in the factory. The role holder is responsible for coordinating with Accenture to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations and compliance in the factory is also critical to the role holderÂ
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive employee engagement activities for staff & associates in the factory.
2. Coordinate with Accenture to ensure smooth and timely    disbursement of salaries.
3. Responsible for administering other HR activities (for example, supporting employee welfare and benefits administration, etc.) for the staff & associates at the factory.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management from a recognized university/institute in Human Resources/ other relevant area
Experience
Possess overall experience of 2+ years in Human Resources Management
