Entry Requirements
- Passed GCE O/L examination
- Should be willing to work on day & night shift basis
- Prior experience in a similar capacity would be a distinct advantage
- Takes and deliver customer orders.
- Setting up of tables and serving to invitees at special occasions and assisting Executive chef in coordinating any special functions.
- Ensure cutlery and linen required for service is cleaned and stacked and ready for service.
- Follow the code of ethics prescribed by the organization and the management.
- Maintain the quality of service.
- Maintain personal hygiene.
- Deliver all customer orders in proper quality and in a timely manner.
- Meet the expectation of management and customer.
- Performs any other duty assigned by the Executive chef or the Management.
