Description
Your primary responsibilities includes,
- Achieve monthly FMCG and GM category sales budgets.
- Analyze department sales and stock levels.
- Control FMCG stock within set targets.
- Order stock as per requirements
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts in liaison with the audit department.
- Ensure all departments are free from expired and short-expired items.
- Update all promotion materials within the given timeframes.
- Handle staff rosters according to department needs.
- Carry out weekly department briefings.
- Contribute to achieving Super Center sales budgets and controlling controllable overheads.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Passed Advance Level (A/L)
- Diploma/Degree in Management.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the retail field.
- Overseas retail experience is an added advantage.
- Visual merchandising skills.
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Problem-solving attitude.
