Responsibilities
- Arrangement of tea & meals for late work, weekends, shift operations, meetings & other events.
- Effective coordination of arranging transport for late work, month-end, shift operations and other events.
- Maintaining accurate records of transport for additional support to the admin team.
- Effectively coordinate the monthly stationary stock in the respective facility & activate the access of newcomers company ID cards.
- Effective monitoring of cleanliness in washrooms, lunchrooms, and overall facilities, including office infrastructure issues including repairs, new setups, etc.
- Effective maintenance of visitors’ logbooks according to compliance standards (ISO) and coordination of board room reservations.
Qualifications
- Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations.
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Coordinator, Receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
