Description

Responsibilities

  • Arrangement of tea & meals for late work, weekends, shift operations, meetings & other events.
  • Effective coordination of arranging transport for late work, month-end, shift operations and other events.
  • Maintaining accurate records of transport for additional support to the admin team.
  • Effectively coordinate the monthly stationary stock in the respective facility & activate the access of newcomers company ID cards.
  • Effective monitoring of cleanliness in washrooms, lunchrooms, and overall facilities, including office infrastructure issues including repairs, new setups, etc.
  • Effective maintenance of visitors’ logbooks according to compliance standards (ISO) and coordination of board room reservations.


Qualifications

  • Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations.
  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Coordinator, Receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
