Front Office Executive (Bentota)

• Should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Good communication skills and excellent command of the English language is a must
• Residing in and around Balapitiya will be an added advantage
• Fully vaccinated candidates are encouraged to apply.

■ Greet and welcome guests.

■ Ensure outstanding customer care at all times.

■ Answer all guest inquiries / calls, and address all complaints.

■ Take up other duties as assigned such as guest travel arrangements and scheduling.
