ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary function of the Front Office Manager/Guest Relation Officer act as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome for Expolanka Holdings. In this role, all coordination of front desk activities, including calls/messages and customer services are included. Further, this role is a combination of a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team along with dealing efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a guide for all customers to reach to the relevant department/location. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages as and when needed. Receive letters, packages and send them to the appropriate destination as and when needed.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to various meetings including board meetings, investor forums, meetings with external parties etc.
  • Manage the administration team with overall accountability for the administrative activities of the premises including cleaning arrangements, meal arrangements, maintaining inventory of consumables etc.
  • Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.
  • Anticipate customer needs and build rapport with customers.

CANDIDATE SKILLS

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Diploma/Professional qualification in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to focus, prioritize, and manage time.
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
