Description
The Graduate Trainee –will have to manage R&D technical and coordination function in the plant. The role holder will guide and motivate the R&D technical team to achieve the set Sample targets effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include meeting targets for quality, delivery and productivity.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry /Chemical Engineering/ Science stream
Experience
2+ years of experience in washing plant
Ability to drive vision and change, and drive results.
Ability to excite and engage customers as well as inspire employees
- Drive achievement of Sample targets and ensure quality of products meets customer/buyer specifications
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sample operations
- Implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Supervise team of Group Leaders and MOs
