- Lead the team, run the 3W unit/ Department and its functions effectively and efficiently
- Lead the overall operation of the 3W unit while handling all operational and functional responsibilities.
- Develop the business plan and the budget for the Department
- Plan and undertake promotional activities with the Marketing Team.
- Provide necessary leadership, directions and guidelines to the Gold Loan staff to achieve the business targets and timelines.
- Provide insights to the top management time to time on the market changes and prudential approaches.
- Proactively manage the risk of the portfolio.
