Description
The Role:
- Oversee the entire solar sales operation, provide strategic direction and leadership, aligning sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase market penetration, drive sales growth, and expand the customer base.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform sales strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university or institute.
- 8 years of experience in Sales, with minimum 3 years of Sales Experience in the Solar industry with a demonstrating
- a track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent Sales Skills and Communication Skills
- Proven leadership abilities including 2 years of managing teams with a positive attitude, and able to inspire and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
