Description
Duties
- Supervise all the activities in the hostel including upkeep of the facility and health and hygiene, safety and security, and general wellbeing of the students
- Ensure the hostel environment is academically conducive, socially healthy and disciplined.
- Ensure the hostel facilities are not misused or damaged. Ensure repair and maintenance.
- Keep daily attendance and hostel record.
- Resolve day-to-day issues of the hostel and keep log of all complaints made by students and follow up with the Hostel Manager for corrective measures
Candidate should have
- Age above 35 Years
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Conflict resolution and analytical skills
