Position Overview:

As the HR Executive (HRIS), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the HR processes and systems to support the business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the HRIS platform. Also, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and administering the HRIS and providing effective service in liaison with the service provider.
  • Leading the implementation and configuration of HRIS solutions and providing guidance and support to HR team members and stakeholders.
  • Providing training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization and effectiveness of the HRIS platform.
  • Preparing payroll-related information and assisting the payroll section in the monthly payroll process.
  • Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, while generating HR reports for management.
  • Developing and maintaining HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree / Professional qualification in HR from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems and software.
  • Should have a good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills together with communication and documentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, consistently applying innovative and smart ideas to overcome challenges.
