Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
- Track and maintain applicant tracking databases
- Plan and schedule online assessments and interviews to meet ad-hoc resource needs
- Screen and compare CVs of job applicants against relevant job descriptions
- Represent the Resource Management team in daily and weekly meetings
- Generate reports on hiring statistics
Candidate Profile:
- 1-2 years’ work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role in IT industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or PQHRM qualification is required
- Prior experience in the IT industry is an added advantage
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
