Infection Control Nurse and Doctor

This is a full-time on-site role for an Infection Control Nurse/doctor at Durdans Hospital in Colombo. The Infection Control Nurse/doctor will be responsible for implementing and monitoring infection control protocols, conducting infection risk assessments, educating and training staff on infection control practices, and providing guidance on infection prevention. The role will also involve collaboration with medical professionals to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

• Infection Control, Nursing/ Medicine knowledge
• Understanding of Infectious Diseases and Infection management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Current nursing license and relevant certifications
• Experience in healthcare infection control is preferred
