- Conduct outreach to clients and prospects via phone and email.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company services and industry positioning.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive research and outreach.
- Create engaging email drafts and conduct thorough pre-call planning.
- Manage and track sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Utilize research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) for lead generation and market analysis.
- Effectively resolve client objections and identify potential problems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining integrity and ethical standards.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT services.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong listening abilities.
- Experience selling to verticals such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, Telco, Media, Hi-Tech, BFS, Manufacturing, and Retail.
- Proven ability to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and objection-resolution skills.
