Description

How you will make an impact: 

  • Proactively and reactively work for monitoring implementation for 900+ applications & assistance if required for modifications.
  • Make sure the accuracy of monitored data / noise reduction.
  • Participate in Major incident / RCA discussions with support teams, incident management teams leveraging support where possible on tasks.
  • Automating tasks related to monitoring whenever possible to reduce the workload.
  • Learn advance and research new technological opportunities.

​​​​​​What we look for:

  • An undergraduate from a recognized university reading for a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or any other related discipline.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 on-call roster.
  • Self-paced or hands-on Linux Server environments such as basic installing, basic commands, basic capabilities.
  • Self-paced or hands-on experience in Virtualization (VirtualBox, VMware, EC2)
  • Knowledge in Linux / Unix and basic scripting with bash and python
  • Knowledge in basic networking
  • Knowledge of database concepts and SQL statement generation
  • Basic understanding in cloud-based environments such as AWS
  • Knowledge in languages such as JavaScript and Go will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on Monitoring tools will be an added advantage.
  • Worked on ML related projects will be an added advantage.
