Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of compliance activities across the company in a timely manner
- Provide accurate responses to investigative inquiries from regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies and the judiciary, with the guidance of the Compliance Officer
- Report and respond to "Call for Information" inquiries in the FIU goAML system
- Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations relating to transaction monitoring and FIU reporting
- Collaborate with departments such as Risk Management and Internal Audit to address compliance issues through appropriate channels
Qualifications and Experience:
- Undergraduate (Final Year) or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in
- Business Management/Administration or related field from a recognized university
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and understand the financial industry's regulatory landscape
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
