Duties & Responsibilities
- Attending to service breakdowns and ICT equipments servicing activities.
- Carrying out computer and accessory repair tasks.
- Provide Level 1 technical support to the island wide outlets.
- Monitoring infrastructure and reporting to the next upper level.
- Maintaining procedures and necessary documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma in hardware technology/computer systems or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- Strong background in computer hardware and data networking technologies.
- Minimum 1-2 years hands on experience in installing, configuring, repairing and troubleshooting computer hardware.
