Job Role
- Conduct visits to different regions of the country to gain insights into customer sentiments and requirements.
- Collaborate with outlets to understand their marketing and communication needs.
- Participate in town activation to engage with the local community.
- Develop and evaluate campaign progress using various metrics and provide performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activity and actively contribute to potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy,
- products, or services.
- Maintain organized schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Foster positive relationships with other departments, agencies, and suppliers.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a strong educational background with Full or partial qualifications in Marketing.
- Willingness to travel to different regions of the country for market research purposes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Tamil & Sinhala will be mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in digital photography and video editing would be an added advantage
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
