Description

Job Role​

  • Welcome the internal & external stakeholders and redirect them to relevant departments.​
  • Handling the general line calls and providing information for the queries transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Handling the medical insurance coverage for the entire organization.
  • Coordinate the visa processes & air ticket bookings for the chairman and directors.​
  • Coordinate transport arrangements and process necessary payments. ​
  • Coordinate and support other HR functions. ​
  • Handle various other administrative tasks.


Candidate Profile​

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.​
  • Pleasing personality and positive attitude towards customer service. ​
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala. (Tamil will be added advantage)​
  • Excellent organizational skills.​
  • Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. ​
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.​
  • Preferably age below 30 years.​
