- Ability to work on multiple tasks and switch between them effortlessly
- Very good on both Oral and written skills
- Ability to work with highlevel requirements by breaking them down to quantifiable tasks
- Ability to adopt client process and handle adhoc task coming from client and jump start on different application areas
- Work with business users and gather requirements
- Create Requirement documents
- Walkthrough the requirement with DEV/QA teams and fill any requirement gaps
- Contribute to Effort Estimate and project planning
- Project milestone tracking and provide daily statuses to stakeholders
- Create Flow diagrams and document the as is process
