Job Role

• Achieving set quantity and sales targets of the showroom
• Maintaining high service standards of the showroom
• Effectively manage all functions pertaining to the retail store operations
• Ability to handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
• Ability to manage a team and leading the team towards achieving the business objectives

Personal Profile

• Minimum of 5 Years experience as Showroom Manager or Branch In charge or similar capacity
• History of working in the retail field
• A suitable professional or vocational qualification in sales
• Having past experience in Men's Wear would be considered as an added advantage
• Computer literate and proficiency in the use of MS office tools
• Excellent selling and PR skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
• Age below 40 Years
