Job Role:
Manage and oversee the equity portfolios, ensuring alignment with the company's investment strategy and risk tolerance to achieve performance targets
Conduct research and analysis, compile and present equity, other financial market security, Macroeconomic etc recommendation reports to aid in making strategic asset allocation and security selection decisions for the funds
Dealing in government securities, corporate debt instruments etc to achieve investment objectives within risk-return parameters.
Compile investment performance MIS and conduct financial modeling, forecasting and valuations to evaluate investments.
Maintain effective relationships with external parties to improve market intelligence.
Manage funds withing the guidelines stipulated by the investment policy, risk appetite and external rules and regulations.
Manage and monitor the liquidity management and treasury management process efficiently.
Sharing knowledge and training employees
Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Management.
Job Pre-requisites:
Bachelor’s Degree in Investments / Finance / Economics / Business or a Professional Qualification in Investments / Finance such as CFA, CIMA, ACCA etc.
Related Postgraduate qualifications or full or partial qualification in CFA will be an added advantage.
Minimum 05 years of relevant, hands-on experience, ideally within the fund management industry in a similar capacity.
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of equity and financial markets, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication skills with strong analytical skills.
