- Serve as a Business Partner / trusted advisor to business line heads on all people management matters
- Coaching and guiding people managers
- Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance and growth through a robust performance management framework
- Talent management, succession planning & career development
- Organization change management
- HR audits, KPIs and process management
- Employee relations and industrial relations
- Maintain MIS and insights, and drive data driven decisions
- Support international talent acquisition and operations
Person Specification
- Minimum 06 years of working experience
- A thorough understanding of labour law and exceptional knowledge about HR operations
- Hands on experience as a HR generalist
- Strong track record and experience working in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional skills in MS Excel
- Exceptional team management skills
