The role will report to Senior Manager - Shopper Marketing and Category Operations and will champion the development and integration of insight-based, differentiated Shopper Marketing strategies for both the General Trade & Modern Trade. Further will assist in delivering the volume and value target for the category including the following.
- Monitor and manage investment for the assigned category - through maintaining tracking and control processes.
- Identify shopper insights, purchase barriers and drivers for the respective categories.
- Develop actionable shopper insights based on shopper research and other available data.
