Key purpose of the Job
The Manager - Talent Engagement and Development is responsible for aligning the People strategy with the Key Accounts Group 2 (PVH) business plan and Group HR strategy. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies for executives within the Key Accounts Group, managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit and ensuring alignment with Group HR guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR roadmap for Executive cadre in the Key Accounts Group in line with the overall business objectives and HR LRP / priorities.
- Oversee smooth operations of HR initiatives in the Key Accounts Group.
- Responsible for administration of Performance Management System (PRAISE, TACT, promotions, increments).
- Responsible for assessing and fulfilling manpower needs within the Key Accounts Group.
- Manage ELC (Employee Life Cycle) transactions for the Key Accounts Group.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and oversee attendance, leave and payroll processes for the Key Accounts Group.
Education
Masters / Bachelors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related field
Experience
8+ years of experience in the human resources function. Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, labour laws and HR industry best practices.
